China imposed 25% duty on aluminium scrap imports from the US and classified aluminium scrap in restricted import list from July 2019.
Arguing that growing imports of scrap is threatening the primary aluminium industry, an umbrella industry body has urged the finance minister to raise basic customs duty on aluminium scrap to 10% from 2.5% now.
In a memorandum, Aluminium Association of India (AAI) said the duty increase will encourage the recycling of domestic scrap and restrict its growing imports. The share of scrap in total imports of aluminium increased from 52% in FY16 to 66% in FY21, resulting in around Rs 15,000 crore worth forex outgo. India imported a little more than 2 million tonne aluminium last fiscal.
“Currently custom duty on primary aluminium is 7.5% and aluminium scrap is only 2.5%. This is the reason why despite having a significant presence of primary aluminium capacity and potential to generate sufficient domestic scrap, India’s consumption of scrap is 100% import-dependent. The way forward is to increase custom duty on aluminium scrap from 2.5% to 10%,” it said.
AAI said China’s renewed measures to restrict scrap imports are leading to a greater inflow of scrap into India.
China imposed 25% duty on aluminium scrap imports from the US and classified aluminium scrap in restricted import list from July 2019, with plans to completely ban all scrap and waste imports.
“Post that the share of import from the US in China’s total aluminium scrap imports has declined from 53% in 2017 to just 16% in 2019. India has overtaken China as world’s largest aluminium scrap importer due to the Chinese measures,” it said.
As a result, the entire global scrap chain is shifted to India in the absence of any quality or BIS standards for scrap recycling, usage and imports in the country. The US is diverting large volume of scrap to India, since the European Union and other developed countries have stringent standards for scrap. The import from the US as share of India’s total scrap imports increased from 8% in FY16 to 24% in FY21.

Gry dostarczaja Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw i Betsoft, a wiec nazwiska z pierwszej ligi. Za stoly odpowiada Evolution, z Crazy Time i Lightning Roulette.
Polecam tez turnieje slotowe, czasem gra sie o naprawde sensowna kase.

Been playing here roughly a season, so the honeymoon phase is long over. Came across it while comparing withdrawal times, because I was tired of sites that sit on payouts for a week. The True Fortune lobby runs to a few thousand titles, though honestly I rotate between maybe twenty games.
Software comes from the usual names: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, with Nolimit City and Hacksaw in the mix. Sweet Bonanza and Book of Dead sit at the top of the list, but I spend more time on the Megaways titles. Live tables come from Evolution, which means the usual roulette and game-show line-up. Dealers are on 24/7, but evenings get busy on the cheaper tables.
The starting package looks reasonable enough: a first deposit match with a batch of free spins, with the spins dripping in over several days. Wagering sits at 35x, which is about average these days. Up to date bonus terms are worth checking on true fortune casino before you deposit. They run the odd free bonus too, although you will not retire on it.
Signing up was quick, you can start from a tenner. I fund it by card or Skrill, they also take crypto. Money reached the wallet within a day, card payouts took two or three working days. The document check was the only hassle – my first upload got rejected, and after that it was fine.
I play from the phone through the browser so no install needed. It loads quickly, only the live streams stutter on a weak signal. Live chat replies in English and they are not just copy-pasting, wait times were three to five minutes. Regulation is Curacao based so it is not UKGC and you should know that going in. The main thing is the money came back every time I asked.

Signed up here since the spring, so the honeymoon phase is long over. Found it through a mate, mainly because my old casino kept stalling cashouts. The True Fortune lobby is larger than I expected, although in practice I stick to a dozen or so.
The providers are the familiar ones: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, plus some Red Tiger and Nolimit City. The obvious hits are all present, although the Nolimit slots suit me better. Live tables come from Evolution, which means the usual roulette and game-show line-up. English speaking dealers around the clock, though the low stake blackjack seats fill up in the evening.
The welcome offer is nothing extraordinary but fair: 100% up to ?500 with 200 free spins, handed out across the first week. Wagering sits at 35x, so nothing predatory but no gift either. Current codes and whatever promo is running are worth checking on true fortune before you commit any money. There is a small no deposit thing that appears now and then, although you will not retire on it.
Opening an account took a few minutes, you can start from a tenner. I fund it by card or Skrill, they also take crypto. Cashouts to Skrill took under a day, card withdrawals were slower, as always. KYC was the one sticking point – my first upload got rejected, and after that it was fine.
On the phone I just use the browser so no install needed. It loads quickly, but streaming tables want a solid connection. Support answers in English on chat and it reads like a person, not a script, response was quick enough. Licence is Curacao so it is not UKGC and you should know that going in. Bottom line, cashouts have been honoured so far.

Katalog gier to jakies 2500 tytulow, chociaz wracam do tych samych kilku. Dostawcami sa Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Yggdrasil i Push Gaming, a wiec nazwiska z pierwszej ligi.
Niezle wygladaja cotygodniowe turnieje, nagrody potrafia byc konkretne.
Minimalna wplata to 40 zl, najczesciej wrzucam Blikiem, jest tez Visa, Mastercard i kryptowaluty.
