The Manipur Plastic Policy seeks to tackle multi-faceted plastic pollution by regulating the use of plastics.
The Manipur cabinet on Wednesday approved the Manipur Plastic Policy 2022 in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s objective to phase out single-use plastic by 2022. The policy seeks to tackle the multi-faceted plastic pollution by regulating the use of plastics.
Chief Minister N Biren Singh chaired the cabinet meeting with all 11 ministers in attendance this evening.
The policy also includes that any person found dealing in or using plastic items in contravention of the direction stipulated in the policy will face imprisonment up to five years term, with a fine extendable up to Rs 1 lakh. Further, the cabinet also reviewed the progress of the 100-Days programme.
As part of the 100-Action Points for the First-100 days of the new government, the cabinet has also resolved to take up immediate steps to double the width of 79 roads consisting of 57 roads in the Greater Imphal area, 10 in other district headquarters in the valley areas and another 12 roads in the hill district headquarters.
The cabinet further approved the Manipur Tourism Policy 2022 considering the changing scenario of the tourism industry in the world. The policy seeks to harness the tourism potential of the State and to create employment and livelihood opportunities, encourage investment and increase revenue generation.
Extending the Hills Leaders Day and Meeyamgi Numit held at the chief minister’s secretariat, the cabinet has decided to launch District Hill Leaders’ Day and Meeyamgi Numit to bring the government services at the doorstep of the general public.
Meanwhile, regarding the Start-up idea Covid Scheme, the cabinet has approved providing 100 per cent subsidy of Rs 30,000 as the first installment of seed money to support certain categories of applicants.

I have been using this platform for about four months, enough sessions to see how it actually works. I found it because of the lottery betting, though the slots pulled me in too. The gaming section is surprisingly large, combining lotto draws with slots and table games.
Providers on the casino side include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO and Blueprint. The top titles are easy to find, though the total count is lower than a standalone casino. The real draw is the lottery product: you can bet on the outcome of dozens of international lotteries, including some enormous jackpot pools. Scratchcards and quick games fill out the rest.
The welcome offer on the platform depends on where you are: usually a free lottery line or discounted entry. Casino bonuses appear occasionally, but the lottery offers are the main thing. Current promotions and terms can be found at lottoland before you sign up. Playthrough on the casino side is in the standard range.
Minimum deposit is low: a pound gets you into a draw, ten for the casino. Payment methods include cards, PayPal and prepaid options. PayPal payouts landed quickly, card payouts took a bit longer. KYC was quick — uploaded a driving licence and a bank statement, done in a few hours.
Mobile works through a dedicated app, and it loads quickly. Draw results appear as they happen, and the slot section works well on the smaller screen. Support is available via live chat and email, replies come within a few minutes. Holds licences from Gibraltar and the UKGC, meaning real consumer protection. Worth considering if the lottery side interests you.

Been playing at Revery Play for a few months now, enough time to see the patterns. A mate at work mentioned it, mainly because the bonus terms elsewhere were ridiculous. The game selection here is decent, with a good mix of slots, table games and live dealer.
Providers include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming. The usual suspects sit at the top, but I gravitate toward the high volatility section. Live casino is Evolution, meaning all the major game shows and table games. English speaking dealers around the clock, although peak hours can be crowded.
The welcome bonus at Revery Play comes with a deposit match and a batch of free spins. The playthrough sits at 35x, fairly standard for this market. The latest promotions are worth looking at on reveryplay before depositing. Cashback and free spin drops appear regularly.
You can start from a tenner. The standard UK payment methods are accepted. PayPal payouts arrived quickly, bank transfers ran a couple of days. Verification was the standard KYC — driving licence and a utility bill, cleared in a few hours.
I use the mobile site on my phone and it runs well. No app needed, which I prefer anyway. Support responds on live chat in English and wait times are short. Licence is Curacao, so not UKGC, which is worth knowing. The main thing is withdrawals have been honoured.

Been playing at this casino for roughly four months, enough time to see the patterns. Found it through a comparison site, because my old one kept delaying withdrawals. The game selection here is solid without being overwhelming, combining slots with a respectable live section.
Software comes from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Evolution for the live side. Book of Dead and Reactoonz are easy to find, although the Megaways games are my go-to. Live casino is Evolution, meaning all the major game shows and table games. Dealers are on twenty-four seven, though the cheap seats fill up after dinner.
The welcome bonus here comes with a deposit match and a batch of free spins. Rollover is thirty-five times the bonus, fairly standard for this market. The latest promotions are listed at reveryplay before you commit funds. They run ongoing promotions beyond the welcome deal.
You can start from a tenner. The standard UK payment methods all work without issues. Withdrawals to PayPal landed within a day, card withdrawals took two to three working days. Verification was the standard KYC — passed on the first attempt.
On the phone I play through the browser and performance is smooth. No app needed, so no download required. Customer service is available around the clock and the agents are helpful. They hold a Curacao licence, meaning no UK Gambling Commission oversight. Payouts have always come through for me.
