The Manipur Plastic Policy seeks to tackle multi-faceted plastic pollution by regulating the use of plastics.
The Manipur cabinet on Wednesday approved the Manipur Plastic Policy 2022 in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s objective to phase out single-use plastic by 2022. The policy seeks to tackle the multi-faceted plastic pollution by regulating the use of plastics.
Chief Minister N Biren Singh chaired the cabinet meeting with all 11 ministers in attendance this evening.
The policy also includes that any person found dealing in or using plastic items in contravention of the direction stipulated in the policy will face imprisonment up to five years term, with a fine extendable up to Rs 1 lakh. Further, the cabinet also reviewed the progress of the 100-Days programme.
As part of the 100-Action Points for the First-100 days of the new government, the cabinet has also resolved to take up immediate steps to double the width of 79 roads consisting of 57 roads in the Greater Imphal area, 10 in other district headquarters in the valley areas and another 12 roads in the hill district headquarters.
The cabinet further approved the Manipur Tourism Policy 2022 considering the changing scenario of the tourism industry in the world. The policy seeks to harness the tourism potential of the State and to create employment and livelihood opportunities, encourage investment and increase revenue generation.
Extending the Hills Leaders Day and Meeyamgi Numit held at the chief minister’s secretariat, the cabinet has decided to launch District Hill Leaders’ Day and Meeyamgi Numit to bring the government services at the doorstep of the general public.
Meanwhile, regarding the Start-up idea Covid Scheme, the cabinet has approved providing 100 per cent subsidy of Rs 30,000 as the first installment of seed money to support certain categories of applicants.

I have been using Lottoland for about four months, so the honeymoon phase is well behind me. Originally came for the lottery side, and then discovered the casino section. The gaming section covers more ground than I expected, mixing lottery betting with standard casino games.
Providers on the casino side include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger and a handful of others. The top titles are easy to find, although it does not compete with dedicated casino platforms on volume. What makes it different is the lotto side: results from lotteries around the world are covered, and the jackpot sizes can be staggering. There are also scratch cards and instant win games.
The sign-up deal on the platform varies by region: typically a discounted first bet on a lottery draw. The casino side gets its own promotions from time to time, though the lottery promos are more frequent. Latest offers and any active codes should be verified at lottoland before placing your first bet. Playthrough on the casino side is in the standard range.
You can start with as little as a pound: one pound for lottery bets, ten for casino. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Paysafecard all work. PayPal payouts landed quickly, card payouts took a bit longer. Document check went smoothly — ID check passed on the first attempt.
There is a proper app for phone and tablet, which is well designed and runs smoothly. Draw results appear as they happen, with the casino accessible from the same app. Support is available via live chat and email, replies come within a few minutes. Licensed by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and UK Gambling Commission, meaning real consumer protection. A reliable option for lottery and light casino play.

Signed up at this casino for about five months now, so I have a decent feel for how things work. A colleague mentioned it, because my old bookmaker took ages to pay. The Rolletto lobby runs well into the thousands, although I rotate between a handful of favourites.
Providers include the usual suspects: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Hacksaw and Red Tiger. The popular titles are all present, although the crash games are surprisingly fun too. The live dealer area is Evolution, so you get Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and all the game shows. Sportsbook is there as well, a nice extra for those who like to mix it up.
The sign-up bonus here is a multi-stage offer: deposit bonuses that stack up to a decent total. The rollover sits at 40x, a bit steep but manageable with the right games. Current promo codes and the latest offers can be checked on rolletto promo code 2026 before you deposit. Reload offers and free spin drops come through often, which keeps things interesting after the first deposit.
Minimum deposit is 10 euros or equivalent in crypto. Card payments work, though Bitcoin and the alt coins are where Rolletto shines: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether and more. Withdrawals landed same day with crypto, fiat payouts were slower as expected. KYC went smoothly — sent the passport photo and proof of address, done in a day.
Mobile play is through the browser and performance is solid. There is no native app, which suits me fine. The chat team is available around the clock and wait times are short. They operate under a Curacao licence, which is worth knowing before you sign up. The main thing is withdrawals have never been refused.

Kundenservice spricht Deutsch Antworten kommen zuegig. Reguliert wird ueber Curacao, also keine deutsche GGL-Lizenz. Unterm Strich stimmt die Zahlungsmoral.
