The Manipur Plastic Policy seeks to tackle multi-faceted plastic pollution by regulating the use of plastics.
The Manipur cabinet on Wednesday approved the Manipur Plastic Policy 2022 in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s objective to phase out single-use plastic by 2022. The policy seeks to tackle the multi-faceted plastic pollution by regulating the use of plastics.
Chief Minister N Biren Singh chaired the cabinet meeting with all 11 ministers in attendance this evening.
The policy also includes that any person found dealing in or using plastic items in contravention of the direction stipulated in the policy will face imprisonment up to five years term, with a fine extendable up to Rs 1 lakh. Further, the cabinet also reviewed the progress of the 100-Days programme.
As part of the 100-Action Points for the First-100 days of the new government, the cabinet has also resolved to take up immediate steps to double the width of 79 roads consisting of 57 roads in the Greater Imphal area, 10 in other district headquarters in the valley areas and another 12 roads in the hill district headquarters.
The cabinet further approved the Manipur Tourism Policy 2022 considering the changing scenario of the tourism industry in the world. The policy seeks to harness the tourism potential of the State and to create employment and livelihood opportunities, encourage investment and increase revenue generation.
Extending the Hills Leaders Day and Meeyamgi Numit held at the chief minister’s secretariat, the cabinet has decided to launch District Hill Leaders’ Day and Meeyamgi Numit to bring the government services at the doorstep of the general public.
Meanwhile, regarding the Start-up idea Covid Scheme, the cabinet has approved providing 100 per cent subsidy of Rs 30,000 as the first installment of seed money to support certain categories of applicants.

Been messing about at Trino Casino since roughly the spring, mostly in the evenings, so read this as one punter’s view. Joined after a thread on another forum, and the whole thing took about two minutes — just email and a password, although you do need verification before the first payout, which is normal.
The library is genuinely big — roughly 3,000+ slots and tables last time I looked. Pragmatic Play dominates, so expect the obvious ones — Gates of Olympus sitting right at the top. Play’n GO brings Book of Dead and Reactoonz, plus a fair amount of NetEnt in there too. I mostly stick to high-volatility slots if I’ve got a bit of budget to burn.
The welcome offer on Trino Casino was 100% to ?500 with 200 spins, spread over the first couple of deposits. Playthrough is 35x, and that’s fair enough by 2026 standards. Min deposit sits at a tenner. They also run a small no deposit thing if you sign up to emails — it’s not always live, so you can check the live promos over on trino casino apk before you commit.
Payouts are honestly the part I care about most, and on this front Trino Casino has been fine. Withdrew a few hundred to Neteller a fortnight ago and it cleared the same evening. Cards work, e-wallets are quicker, and they take Bitcoin and a couple of altcoins if that’s your thing. What did wind me up: card withdrawals were painfully slow initially.
Live chat is 24/7 and the agents actually read what you write, though the first reply took ten minutes during peak hours. The live section is all Evolution, so real croupiers, proper blackjack and roulette tables, and Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette for the game-show crowd — not my thing but my girlfriend loves it. No app, just the mobile site, and it is fine on iPhone though sometimes logs me out mid-spin.

Been messing about at Trino Casino for a good few months, mostly late at night, so read this for what it’s worth. Signed up because of a mate’s recommendation, and sign-up took about two minutes — email, password, done, although they did want docs later, standard stuff with a UKGC licence.
Game selection is genuinely big — roughly 3,000+ slots and tables if the filter count is honest. Pragmatic Play is everywhere, so you get the usual — Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza pinned to the popular tab. Play’n Go supplies Book of Dead and Reactoonz, and there’s a fair chunk of NetEnt and Microgaming in there too. My go-to is the Megaways section if I’ve got a bit of budget to burn.
The bonus at Trino Casino is a 100% match to ?300 with 150 spins, split across a few deposits. Wagering is 40x, which is neither great nor awful. Minimum sits at ?10. There’s a no-deposit spins offer if you sign up to emails — it rotates, so it’s worth a see the current terms over on trino casino apk before you commit.
Withdrawals are the bit I care about most, and on this front Trino Casino has behaved. Pulled out a few hundred to Neteller a fortnight ago and it cleared the same evening. Cards work, e-wallets are quicker, plus there’s crypto if that’s your thing. The one thing that annoyed me: bank transfers dragged on for nearly a week initially.
Live chat runs round the clock and the people there answered properly, but getting a human took ten minutes on a Saturday night. The live section runs on Evolution, so real croupiers, proper table limits for UK players, plus Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if you like the game show stuff — I don’t, much. There’s no dedicated app, only a browser version, and it works fine on my Pixel but occasionally logs me out mid-spin.
