MASCON – Automatic N-95 Mask Making Machines

MasCon® – Fully automatic Mask making lines are designed and manufactured to produce various types of Masks like N 95 (with valve & without valve).

N-95 masks made on Rajoo’s machines are designed to achieve a very close facial fit and extremely efficient filtration of airborne droplets and particles. The edges of the respirator are designed to form a seal around the nose and mouth.

MasCon® – Fully automatic N-95 Mask making machines with production capacity of 50,000 masks per day, delivers mask weight ranging from 5 gms to 20 gms. Machine is designed with 6 unwinding stations to offer flexibility to produce 3 to 5 ply mask suitable for 600mm diameter fabric rolls. Material sensing sensors are provided for closed loop feedback system, All movements in the forming station are controlled by 1.5 kW servo motor followed by precision gear box. This guarantees more capacity and faster cycle times with low electrical consumption per station and accurate sealing by ultrasonic technology. .
