• DMX “ Series high speed compounding mixer
• High speed compounding mixer is suitable for homogenized and uniform mixing of polymers with other ingredients to prepare a good quality ready formulation which is used for further process.

Mixer Vessel:

• It is consisting of special double wall construction having outer jacket from 5 mm thick M.S plates and inside chamber of 2 mm thick Stainless steel plate. Top cover lid is of aluminum alloy which seats flat on rubber gasket fitted on vessel to prevent leakages during high speed mixing. The vessel is mounted on heavy & sturdy frame structure.

Bearing Housing:

• Main drive shaft is mounted in the bearing housing fitted directly below the vessel.

Blades:

• Specially designed two blades of special mixing type made of alloy steel, hardened and hard chromed plated for longer life. These blades are mounted on one above the other on main shaft driven by a 3 phase AC single speed motor.

Controls:

• Electrical cabinet is powder coated and with dust proof construction which housed with all controls like Mains Ammeter, Supply Voltmeter, Digital temperature indicator with thermocouple for vessel, starter for main motor and other electricals.
