Application:
- W50A009 is recommended for manufacturing tapes of high strength (tenacity) and good elongation. Its application includes woven sacks for packaging of fertilizer, food grain, sugar, salt and other Industrial products.
- It provides excellent processability and orientation characteristic with low water carry over.
Processing Guidelines:
- Barrel temperature: 200 -2600C
- Die temperature: 245 -2600C
- Stretch ratio: 5.3 - 5.6
Packaging & Storage:
- W50A009 is available in natural colour/pellet form in 25 kg strong bags made of woven fabric. The product should be stored in dry conditions at temperature below 50oC and protected from UV light.
